Nest opentherm and one other option

Hello all,
I am looking for a solution to my problem.
I have a nest thermostat that controls my CV with opentherm. Normally this is fine, but at some point (this could be another Nest, or an on/off thermostat, or just time based) I would like to override the Opentherm signals from Nest with my own settings to control my CV. At that point it should also trigger a 3-way valve.
Is this possible with the opentherm gateway and domoticz?
