New toon subscription issue

I have just purchased a toon subscription. I factory reseted the toon tablet following the required steps. Internet is connnected as well as the meters. I receieved an activation code with email. On the toon there is not activate button in settings-> overzicht. Please see the attachment. How can I activate my toon to be able to link the device to my account?
