My new home basic box is arrived, but where is the licencenumber?
The instructions says on the cd, but there's no number on it[:(]

It's white with "plug wise" label en the text "source home edition v1.0 " pffffffffffffff give them a ring tomorrow. i'm not happy.

Now that would really suck.
You waited so long for this to arrive, and now the key is missing.
Like t006 mentioned. It should be on the CD.
If not, you will need to contact Plugwise to get a new key.

I got my license per mail!!!! after a phone call to plugwise

at least the service is good. i also think they listen to bwired/chak/etc, wont say all will be taken into account.. but must does as i understand.

Received my kit last week, same issue here, CD without the license, think they received a lot of orders, via the domotica forum
,
After a phonecall to their support desk I got the license in 15 min by email. Next day they sent a new CD with license!!
good service sofar.

Hello all,
i have the same problem, i received my starter pack ( one circle+ and a slave ), but i don't received the serial number !
Someone can send me a code to activate the usb key with circle +.
I would like use plugwise under linux but i need to make initialisation with windows software ...
Pleaseeee pleaseeee pleaseeee can you help me ??? Plugwise doesn't give new code anymore and my reseler don't respond

What is the reason Plugwise doesn't respond?
That's not my experience.
If you send a copy of your invoice and the ID's of your modules (+ and 'slave') I am for sure they can/want to help.
