I'm looking for a magnetic switch that send an X10 signal, i have to buy a SM10 for around 40,- and a magnetic contact for 3a4.
But the US version http://www.automatedoutlet.com/product. ... =57&page=1 Comes complete for $8.99!
Is there an EU alternative for that device?

Hello,

You can use the klikaan klikuit AMST-606 (sorry no X10)
but with use of a rfxcom you also use this device to send x10
http://www.klikaanklikuit.nl/product_detail.asp?id=46
This unit cost about 12 euro.

9 dollar is too much, you can buy them for about 3 dollars

Hi Chiel,
It is not nessasary to buy SM10 universal transmitter for each sensor wich is not x10 compatible. Using SC9100 console, you can use all alarm sensors as x10 controllers (including the door sensor DS90 which is simple wireless magnetic switch). Here is an example: http://x10modules.com/shop/pages.php?page=62 (the figure at the end of the page).

How to register different types of sensors to SC9100 you can find in PDF manual of SC9100, posted here: http://x10modules.com/shop/product_info ... cts_id=105

In addition, DS90 Door/Window Sensor has a contact for an extra wired sensor and it can be used as a transmitter for different type of detectors.

Regards,
Paul
