DAIX12 refusing to switch on

In my system I have several DAIXs and one DAIX12. This DAIX12 regularly (~once a month) refuses to switch on the lights when I press the button. But when I press and hold the button, the lights <i>do</i> dim up and after this procedure everything works as expected again.
At first I accused my girlfriend of switching of the lights by pressing and holding the button, hence dimming it to 0% and making 0% the dimming preset.
Now my girlfriend is operating the switches properly, it seems that the DAIX12 module is resetting its preset dimming level to 0% by itself every now and then. This is probably a bug, but it may be a defect as well. (Un)fortunately I only have one module, so I have no reference.
Does anybody else experience similar behavior on a DAIX12 module?
