Hi,

On the moment we have received a garden light (3x3 watt ) RGB , with can be controlled by DMX RF receiver from the fabric in Hongkong. ( this would be a demo product )
I have tested for a quarter , because its running to late. But the first test / impressions are very good.
I very easy to light-up the complete garden ( about 6,5 x 18 meters) , but even the gardens of the behind neighours are lighted up.
I will tested this light futher more the up coming days and post my experiance right here.
There are coming a several other versions ( like 1x3 watt , 3x5 watt , without pin and within ground pin )
I think we are goinna buy several systems for our garden

Hi,

Just checked all the garden light very quick into our garden.
( the garden will be 6.30 x 14 meter. From the house to garden house about 11,5 meter)

The light give a very good light.
We have received all 3 versions , all of those are made from high quality aluminium. with IP65

1)the first one would be 3x 1 watt RGB
2) the second one would be 3x 3 watt RGB
3) the third one would be 3x 5 watt RGB.

We have used a DMX encoder to connect. From the encoder I used a RF controlled DMX controller.

The setup would be :

RGB garden light -> DMX encoder <- 24 volt DC adapter
DMX encoder <- DMX controller -/- RF

We have tested the fist one , this one would be use 1 red light , 1 green and 1 blue <i>( this would mix the colors )</i>
The effect in the garden is nice , looks good

The second one would be 3 red - 3 blue and 3 red light , the colors would be better mixed up and the colors are better
<i>( no ghosting any more)</i>

The third one ,
would be 3 red - 3 blue and 3 red light , the colors would be better mixed up and the colors are better.Would be giving very very very much light. This would be to much for our garden. But for large lakes it would be very suitable.

I think we Gonne order 4 off the 3x3 because this would be the best suitable for our garden.

Take some picture , but went wrong with the light / dark.
This weekend we will take some more picture's within a better camera ( nikon)

Marco, would these 3x5W be suitable for Under water? A friend of mine lives next to a lake and would like to shine a nice light under water as the water there is Cristal clear, he was looking into Halogen lights and I know there are under water housings for probably standard 12 volt halogen spot lights.

He is searching for something like a 150watt Halogen light, this is what he has on the edge of the terras now and is hoping to find something like that for under water.
