Re: Next Gen Streaming Video players.
When you are used to XBMC or Plex this looks so unprofessional and back to basics.

I agree.. but i have a media center PC and it's always hassle.. non working codecs.. audio not right etc. etc.
Xtreamer is click and play.. I'm even thinking about replacing my Windows 7 media center (with XBMC) for a xtreamer..

Re: Next Gen Streaming Video players.
Hi Rien,
You can use a script within Homeseer to controls your Xtreamer over IP. See:

If you decide to order the Xtreamer then have a look at the Xtreamer Pro which will be available in April 2010.

The Pro version can also be controlled with Homeseer.

Re: Next Gen Streaming Video players.
Hi Bas,
I sold my CFULLHDMA yesterday and don't want to wait for the pro. The differences aren't of my concern. Maybe the DTS MA Dolby true HD license, but I don't really know what this is. For me the rest of the new functions are not worth the price or waiting for.
I am planning to create my first HS plugin to interface with the xtreamer. It has been a long time since my latest real programming experience, but I'm still fascinated about it and I was looking for a goal to start.
So, as soon as I have the xtreamer I will give it a shot, so see how far I can go.....

Bas, deze link werkt niet (meer). Weet je wie het script gemaakt heeft en/of waar het script te vinden is?Bjochems wrote:Hi Rien,
