Motion detection

I looking at several motion detection solutions, for which I could use some advice.
I have an RFXCOM 433 Tranceiver and a PMIX35 in my current setup.
Options:
1) MS16A sensors, seems large, not white, not sure if this works with my current setup (USA stuff), price seems ok.
2) MS90, compact and sleek design, white, price is high (55), works with RFXCOM, not sure if this sensor measures light level
3) Z-Wave HSM100, needs an extra Z-wave stick, Euro version adds an additional $11 per sensor, compact and sleek design, white, temperature sensor, battery level, choosing US version limits additional Z-wave products in the future to US only, integration with HS looks nice
My goals is to measure movement and lighting levels, temperature is a nice addon, but I already have a bunch of Oregon sensors around the house where needed. These triggers will be used to activate several scenarios (lights, locks, HVAC and more). Speed is also important, if lights switch on after 1 or 2 seconds it's too slow.
Small form factor and design is important, I don't like tawdry or ugly enclosures hanging around. Especially because I'm looking at about 10 sensors.
Does anybody have any other ideas, or thoughts on this?
