I am looking for some information about transfering data from the Merten software into Homeseer.
Till now I wasn´t succesfull.

I have a 2-gang switch from Merten and I can´t read this 2-gang switch info Homeseer.
I can read in this switch into Merten software and than the switch is working well. Only I can´t transfering the data from that switch from Merten software into Homeseer.

Is there someone who has some experience with transfering data from Merten software into Homeseer.
Or is there another way to clear this problem.

BR Wim :)

Maybe you can add your HomeSeer dongle to the Merten dongle as secondary, and then promote it to primary?

That should move the complete network.

Hi Wim.

Z-Wave has a copy network function.

You have a primary controller, and can have secondary controllers.

The primary controller can be transfered.

In Vera it is called "Copy Z-Wave network". I don't know what it is called in HomeSeer and Merten.

But you can add HomeSeer to your Merten network. Then you can give over the network to HomeSeer. Maybe it will transfer, what you need?

But I am guessing here.

In Innovus House Control it looks like this in Administration - About MyHome.

I hope someone can tell you where to find it in HomeSeer.

But I think Chiwauwa is right. It is proberly something MANUFACTURER_PROPRIETARY. If so transfering the net will not do any good.
