PELCO connection protocol

Hi all, who does know how to connect a pelco camera PTZ to a dvr with a rj45 cable with POE option by twisted pair ?

what i know :
2 pin contacts for rs485 PT control on the back of my dvr
8 contacts of the cable should be so used : 2 for PT control , 2 for POE and 4 for VIDEO. How is schema ?

Looking at the picture i would assume you need a 1:1 cable so any standard patch cable would do.
Both devices at the end of the UTP cable are the same i assume, so 1:1 should always work.
With a voltage meter you can see if it complies ("where is the power supply") with the image at the bottom of this page .

I Digit i already have this system with 9 SIMPLE cameras using POE, so this is a working system. the problem , now, is that i would use a PTZ cam using PELCO protocol. So i do'nt know how to connect the 2 wires (i know that are 2 from manual of DVR) after the POE dongle because i have connections for VIDEO AND POWER , how could i let 2 wires coming OUT not destroying the dongle??
