Simple question: Can the stealth modules been bought as a particular for a home project?

Any experience? Any issue with the installation?

I think officially not. I got my hands on a couply of stealth
by ordering via a official technical installation service (installatie buro)
They ordered them at plugwise and i got them them later .

The model changed recently, i use the older "unshielded" model.

You can now.

Select the Stealth under Pakketten (NL) or Packages (EN), not the one under Components.
