Address considerations and requirements help needed

I am transfering from Lightman Pro to Homeseer. A pure transmitter system, beside IR signals.
I got the thing about X10 config in RFXCOM setup enviroment. It translate KAKU signals into X10 codes so Homeseer can work with it.
Now I got the follow error: 9/4/2010 11:59:19 PM - Error - RFXCOM(processX10) redirect code Q in INI file for device:L0 not valid!
1.) It seems that all codes above P can be assigned in the config page but doesn't work - are the any considerations about X10 addresses?
2.) The offset works only all remote within the same X10 range (e.g. A) with different KAKU house code all got the same group code, let me explain with an example:
remote 1 with code L got assigned to X10 A range with offset 0
remote 2 with code K got assigned to X10 A range with offset 17
Both group buttons on all KAKU L and K remotes got X10 address A0 wich you would expect for L->A0 and K->A17?!?
3.) If have learned with Lightman Pro the dimmed devices. For e.g. on device L1 it can be dimmed with a slider (AC mode?!?). Why do I need this all over again with an other transmitter? Lot of work for removing switches and do the learning proces all over.
4.) What does the AC house code mean in the RFXCOM setup page?
Can anyone tell something about address assignment considerations?
