I bought recent my homeseer server at : https://www.yagoda.nl/compaq-ultra-flat ... -4677.html for only 35 euro's.

It's not an 3.2 ghz machine but it's a lot cheaper. You only have to buy some extra DDR(1) memory to optimise it.
