is here something else except homeseer to transform x10 signals to plugwise signals , just to make one system out of 2 (plugwise and x10) ?

If you software can fire urls you can trigger Plugwise

Enver means you open the urls. Plugwise has a webserver build-in. You can switch devices by opening/starting/serving to/firing the particular page.
