MCS-700

I have a MCS-700 (was sitting in the box for a long time) and a Powermax Pro, what needs to be done somewhere in a hidden menu to, to use it as an external siren. The MCS-700 is learned by the system, it is producing the squawk when the system is (dis)armed but it doesn't sound when there is an alarm. I've been thru the manual but I guess I'm missing it.
SOLVED: It had to do with the Alarm Delay !
