Hello great forum.

I just bought a new LW12 dimmer and it seems to have some problems.

When I switch the light on (150w halogen lamp) sometimes it starts to flash very fast until I switch the light off. Only leaving the light off for some hour solve the problem (but it will happen again often).

Is it defective or I am wrong somewhere?

PS I have other LW12 in the same room that do not have this issue.

Does the other (working) LW12 have the exact same lamp type? Not sure how the LW12 dimmer handles a halogen lamp..
