Hi to all , I'm writing you since I'm having an issue with the company Ezhome.nl (http://www.ezhome.nl) - [coretronics.eu]
On 11th of February I ordered from this company a few components (Aeon Labs, Everspring, Express Controls,Remotec ) and, since then, the order is stuck in "Processing" status.
I tried many times to contact them via phone at (+31)495534164, via their online form and via direct email to sales@coretronics.eu, but they NEVER responded.
Some of you know this company? Are they a reliable business?

I've ordered there a couple of times.
No problem. They are very busy lately, and sometimes slow in response to e-mail.

But, eventually they will respond! Don't worry...
One month is very long though, I think some employee's from ezhome are reading this forum as well.. so let's hope they will respond.

Bought some stuff from him a few months ago as well, pretty quick shipment and when I called there was no answer, but I was called back within an hour.

I did notice however that he hasnt visited this forum since December....

I wrote to Mr. Korsten (@ coretronics.eu) but to no
avail. I was able to trace his other email @ WPI-panelen.nl, and wrote there too.
I really hope he answers, but I'm pissed by writing e-mails that remain unanswered and I think I'd better start doing something more effective. I paid in advance with credit card and in more than a month I have not heard back from ezhome nor coretronics.

I was in a similar situation as you are, I placed my order on March 7th and have not had any response.
I just gave them a call and they will send out a large part of my order today, anything not in stock will be placed on backorder.

I had contact with Willem-Jan today. I pointed him to this topic.
So let's hope ezhome will take care of all the problems listed here.

Yesterday I've been received an email from Coretronics.
Coretronics apologized for the inconvenience, and also to me recognized a voucher of EUR 25,00 for future orders.
Now i'm await the goods that should have been already sent.
I'd like to trust this company hoping not to run again in these issues .

Hi, I'm writing to inform you that Finally yesterday 30 March 2011 I received the package I was waiting for since 11th February .

I wish I had seen this topic earlier.

I ordered three items using the web site. I received an email confirmation that the items were posted through TNT. So I was happy. Until I noticed that only 2 items were included in the shipment (which is bound for today). The 3rd item, Aeon Labs Zwave USB Stick, is however still in stock on the web site. I got no message that it was out of stock during ordering.

I tried to call the service center, no answer. I tried to email, no reply..

I hope I receive all the items I have paid for. And not having to wait 2 months.

If this lack of communication is what they call business, then I guess this is my first ánd last order with them.

I ordered once through ezhome without problems.

Now I have ordered a Aeon Labs Stick and two built in dimmers and there is no reply whatsoever for over two weeks now.

I will never order anything from that website again. Ezhome if you read this, check your email ffs.

I never had issues in the past though, but you can always also try http://www.hashop.nl/ who's an active member here (and with active i mean the nr 1 poster i believe)

My firat order was without problems. I do not mind if my order is backordered but when I get no reply on the 3 mails I send, I start to worry. Wish I had ordered at hashop.nl
