Hi, This week I received the RFXLAN Tranceiver from RFXCOM. Since I want to use it with Homeseer through Ethernet, I was advised by RFXCOM to flash the device with the TCP firmware instead of the xPL wich was installed by default. So I attached the device with usb cable to the PC and followed the instructions form the CD. So far so good the Driver was installed. Next step open the RFXFlash.exe. Now it should be possible connect to the device. But no connection will be made. Tried alle possible settings (different com port, ect.) no go. Tried another pc but same again. Anyone experienced this problem? Is the device broken? Please advice.

Use the rfxlan.inf on the CD to install the correct Windows driver.

Please contact support rfxcom if still problems.

During initialization after startup of RFXflash it will search for all available and not used COM ports. These ports are in the drop down box.
First plug-in the RFXLAN USB than start RFXflash so that it can find the RFXLAN.
