neighbourstatus HSM100-EU multi sensor

I own multiple HSM100-EU multiple HSM100-EU multi sensors. Most of them showed for neighbourstatus "unknown". The strange thing is that 1 HSM100-EU showed as neighbourstatus excelent.

Can someone confirm that normaly the neighbour status is "unknown"?
