Search: Company or person that can made a Joomla plugin

Hi,
Not really automation related but, I'm looking for a company or a person (preferably Dutch spoken) that can made a Joomla 1.7 plugin for me (low budget because it's a hobby project).
I have already build a PHP site that must be convert to a Joomla Plugin but i have not sufficient experience to do that.
I like to hear it.

Are you talking about converting an existing website to Joomla or a Joomla plugin with certain functionality?

Hi,
It's converting a PHP site with a typical functionality to a Joomla plugin.
It's a site where i have a combination of:
- Google Maps (for showing the saved locations)
- API / JSON environment
- Different kind of Graph
This is the site I have now build for test.

Easiest way is to setup a Joomla site and add the functionality you made in a wrapper. Why do double work?
