Newbee questions on Server/Client

Tried to look thru documentation (wiki) and similar topics - some newbee 
questions remains:
1. Secured connection between Server/Webclient
My server would be located on different location(s) than Webclient. I would pref. to use SSH on MySQL-connection as over web. Any advice how to do that?
(something like linuxaria.com/howto/permanent-ssh-tunne ... sh?lang=en )
2. Several servers with (one?) webclient
Can I use only one webclient for several locations or do I have to create several webclients (as many as locations)?
3. Has anyone integrated their DomitiGA as webclient to ISPConfig3
( ispconfig.org/releases/ispconfig-3-0-4- ... -released/ )
