z-wave ControlThink connect to Quby(Eneco Toon)?

Hi There,
I´m trying to read data sent from Dutch Smart Meter to my Quby display with Quby Zwave sending device connected to the P1 port.
Might be an interesting case for you members as well.
(Quby is some sort of prerelease of the Eneco Toon, very simular.)
I would like to log the data on my PC. I therefore have a controlthink(EU 40kbps) Z-wave USB adapter.
I´m using the thinkessentials sdk in C# and also tried Z-tool from Homeseer, but there is no way i can see the quby device, nothing detected!
I followed all steps in de Z-tool help(including the learn button pressed), but no result at all!
Any ideas on how to recognise the z-wave device?
is it possible in the first place?
