Sure, looks nice, but what with the lack of a proper handle?!?
But if you like this one, look at Assa 3000.
It has a proper handle, secure hook-deadbolt and Assa's proven track-record.
They have more information about it at http://www.assa3000.se but for some reason I can't find any information about it translated.
(Ha! Payback for all .nl links! )
Personally I have switched to the Assa 2002 system, that basically is the same system, but without the remote. They launched the 3000 product line a few weeks after I got mine installed...

There is a handle, thats the knob. If you turn it around the door will open!
it's also more safe, in the Netherlands houses are broken in via the mailbox which is in the door.

Yes, I have seen a setup where it was connect to the Cellphone Doorbell (GSM Deurbel Waleli http://www.gsmdeurbel.nl) There is a small printcircuit, in fact the print of the remote control, which has printconnection to adapt in a existing home automation setup. There is also an extra small sensor on the door, so when the door closes it gives an extra signal to the lock telling it to savelock the door. So the lock is closed. This is a lock which does not go over your existing key, you get a new key, which can be stored in the remote. Still the remote is very small. As I said the demo looked very promising, I hope to get a model for testing soon. I don't now the price yet but I keep you all posted!

Nice stainless steel look, I like it. From the website I understand this isn't available yet?
EDIT: Duh, you already said "Soon to be released" in the opening post, I should read better...
[Off topic]
Last week I was browsing a bit looking at some locks aswell and found this one for pretty cheap, too bad it's only for indoor use... so apartments and offices only.
I found a review of it on YouTube. It starts at 3min 5sec:
Looks pretty solid and I like the way they solved the problem of running out of batteries and power outtage and being able to power the lock from outside if necessary...

Both look very good. And i hope the price of the LOXX will be ok, since most equivalent doorlocks are quite expensive; too expensive to be really interesting to the "average domotican".

@Digit: I have to agree, the prices of some of these locks are just a little expensive for... a lock. It says 'betaalbaar' (affordable) in the description but that doesn't mean it's cheap A reliable and reasonably priced lock would be a nice addition.

Loxx has updated their website with more info on the Loxx One and additional accesoires.
Also, an introduction price of 349,= (ex vat) is now mentioned.
A nice add-on is the use of a Sorex wirelesskey, which allows a bluetooth enabled phone to open your door (Sorex and One for 499,= ex vat).
You should be able to check this out on the "Beurs Domotica & Slim Wonen" in Eindhoven on november 19+20.
