Version 1.0.1.1

Post by Digit »

Hi,

This release fixes some bugs:

- meppelink.net/cdfoon did have a different response;
- HTML tags in the search results are removed.

Ok, after a day of testing I can confirm that the problem (with incorrect response) is solved.

Thanks again!

Thanks Robert,

I still have one minor request. Is it possible to have a function which deletes a voicemail without playing it? Or is there any other way to do this.

It's hard to decide if you want to delete a voicemail before I have heard it. Maybe I like to keep for a while and decide later on to delete it.

I like to do this from my HSTouch screen, that's why I ask for a function.... I will post a HSTouch screenshot of the voicemail screen as soon as I finished it...

Best regards,
Rien

I am still having problems with the PlayVoiceMail function using HStouch. If I create an action with "HomeSeer: Run a HomeSeer script with values from elements(s)" and the script "&hs.speak("Hello world")" it works fine and audio is coming from the HStouch client. However, if I replace the script with "&hs.Plugin("Fritz! Box").PlayVoiceMail(0, False)" it only plays on my Homeseer server (with the speaker client active).

Putting the script in an event and triggering the event also doesn't work. Help?

Have you ever been able to play wav files on your HSTouch client?

Yes. "Misc: Play a WAV sound file" works fine.

What's more to tell? HStouch client seems to work fine (play wav and hs.speak both work) but the playvoicemail function does not, only on the speaker client. Tested on a Windows and Android HStouch client.

I could try installing a speaker client on the windows client. Not sure what I would learn from that.

What HStouch device(s) do you use? What platform? With or without a speaker client?

"Misc: Play a WAV sound file"
What is that, a tooltip for a textbox or something, where you can type a filename? I'm not sure.
I'm blind in a way, I don't know what you're doing or trying to do.
In this case you (and all the others, actually) are the expert, I use neither HS nor HSTouch.

I am expecting help from your fellow users soon, cause not all seem to have this problem ????

Thanks. I am not convinced it is an issue in your plugin, perhaps it is just something in my setup.

"Misc: Play a WAV sound file" is just one of the possible actions in Homeseer. You specify a wav file and that's it. I forgot you didn't use Homeseer :-)

I think Rien has a working setup, I like to know how his setup looks like, and if he is using the homeseer speaker or only hstouch.

I have some things to do first and get back to you later today.....

Oh and the download link to version 1.0.2.0 doesn't work for me...
