I use 2.23 beta and cannot add circles. The dialog where I have to enter the id's of the circles does not accept input

This is a known problem. Meanwile I would like to go back a version. Is there a place to download 2.22?

Problem solved:
I installed the latest final version.
Added circles.
Reinstalled 2.23 beta
Restored the data from last backup of 2.23.
Now I could add circles because they were known by the system.
