Possible Ceiling PIR

Hi fellow automaters,
I'm just starting out prototyping the automation system for my new house. I currently have Domoticz running on Raspberry Pi, with a RFXtrx433 USB all working nicely with some HomeEasy plugs and light switches.
I now need to start adding sensors to the configuration to make things more interesting. In particular I would like to have a few PIR zones in the house preferably mounted in the ceiling.
Having read in several places about problems with "bomb" signals while PIR sensors are active, obviously I'd like to avoid this situation.
I have found these on eBay, which look promising: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111101427976
Does anyone have any experience with these? Does the RFXCOM support these at all? Not many details but does mention "without radio jamming", so might be worth £20 to have a play?
Any help much appreciated.
Regards,
Richard.
