Philio PAN04 double relay switch problem

Hi,
I live in Italy... I've 3 of double relays pan04...
The wiring is correct and work fine via z-wave but they doesn't respond to the manual switching (I've bistable switch without state lamp and configured correctly on my Zipabox).
I've notices there's a bit presence of line noise on the light gray wire (S1)... Should be the problem? It's configurable by params...
