With many projects I'm hitting a wall because a electronic circuit is required to arrange something. While I have a electronics background, this is already 15 years ago so this is kind of rusty.
My purpose is to be able to read and understand cirquits, and even adapt them for my specific goal. It would also be great if I can create my own cirquits in the future.
My question is if you can help me to start with this (which books? whist interesting sites? workshops? tips?)?
Another thing I'm wondering is if its achievable. Reading cirquits will not be the most difficult thing, understanding and adapting them is another ball game I think. Can you give me your thoughts about this?

Why not start with the book "Domotica" from Heino Peters. Lot of electronics to give you an insight in control and domotica.

I've just Heino's book (thanks for the tip Michael). Besides that I've ordered some theory books from Dirksen (leerboek elektronica deel 1,2 en 3).
