In case you are still looking for an affordable touchscreen solution for controlling your home automation system: Iiyama announced a new series of resistive touchscreen monitors. Sizes are 15, 17 and 19". Prices range from about EUR 460,- tot EUR 557,-, depending on size. Resolution in 1024x768 (15") or 1280x1024 (other models). All are equipped with DVI and VGA and both serial RS232 and USB connections for the touch interface. Available in both black and white.
