MS13 dark/light

Post by RDNZL »

When will an MS13E send a dark/light signal?

So an off/on msg with an unit address 1 higher that the motion address...

Been testing my software with one set to M1, got in the beginning a bunch of M2 ON/OFF messages, but cannot seem to trigger to sent any anymore... the motion part works perfect though..

Any thoughts?

Check the settings, you probably have to turn the dark/light sensor on. The settings are usually on a small paper behind the battery compartment. Or search this forum :-)

Thanks. It works now...

Because it worked before and I didn't change a setting I didn't suspected wrong settings... sometimes things can be so simple ;-)

If you remove the battery, the settings are also put to default and the dark/light is set to off.
