Home automation over Wifi & ZControl

Im almost ready to build my new home and I still havent found the perfect home automation system.

- Does anyone know a home automation system that works (wireless) over Wifi.
- Is there anyone that has experience with the ZControl?

I don't know any HA device what can control lights via Wifi.
I have the feeling that the $400 device is nothing more than a PC with some controlling like the HCB

I can control any device in my house via IP I'm using
PC-> Homeseer-> X10, Kaku, Plugwise
is this what you are looking for?

Only the electricity and the domotica. I am also searching for nice led lighting.
The builder starts next month.
What is the difference about the HCB and the Xanura devices.

HCB is building the control unit for Xanura

If Domotica is not going to be your hobby ...my advise will be HCB
else
you have to read some topics and make your choice what the best protocol for you is.
