Communication Failure

I've three Oregon THGR228N sensors. Past days I missed two of them in HS. Communication Failure was the device value.
Because I was short in time i didn't had the chance to look for it. Today all sensors are back and normal values are displayed again.
What's happening here?

Did you select different channels on each sensor?

Thanks Bert, I had them all on channel 1. I will change two to channel 2 and 3. Do I understand it right that I can use max. 6 Oregon THGR228N sensors. (3 channels x 2 sensors/channel)?

No. You can use as much as you like, but don't complain about the issue as explained by Bert.
