Who was it? He mounted his webcam but it did not work....

Who was the person that mounted his webcam on the corner of his house, and where it did not work in the 1st place?

He did manage to get it to work, and showed a link of the webcam.
It was on the corner of his house, and the direction of it could be changed by the user.

I can not find the link to the post anymore.
Anyway. I'm after the make and model of this cam.

And now... I'm off to Schiphol for one week USA
