WebcamXP on virtual machine

Hi all i need a little help to configure the webserver of webcamxp running on a virtual machine by Sun.
the phisical router manage address like 192.168.xxx ,
the virtual machine (in a pc over 192.168xxx) has ip 10.0.2.15 and gateway (virtual) is 10.0.2.2
Question is : how do i setup phisical router with dyndns , for webcamxp ? when i open a new port , it adds AUTOMATICALLY the range 192.168.xxx so i can not set the VM to be visited trough dyndns.

i solved it ! Sun VM has a lan card can was setted on NAT , i did choose to set over my real network card and VM took immediately an IP in the 192.168.xx range. then i opened the port in the router.
