Restart application using HomeSeer

I`m using a "Belkin Home Base" to connect my RFXcom reciever to my HomeSeer system however once in a while the plugin stops receiving messages. The solution is to restart the "Home Base Control center"

Now i have found a script to restart HomeSeer created by Jon00 and would like to do the same for the "Home Base Control Center" Does anybody knows a script for this. I searched but did not found any script for this

Jon00 has also a script that is able to stop/start nearly any application on your system
Look for Jon00 Application/Process control
