That's the problem. Try to run the java application on your own in the command prompt. It has something to do with that.
I will adjust the script to check for any errors and log those.

Alex don't burn your mind ! i took a last chance : deleted ocrplr.txt file in windows directory. restarted everything and it seems to work. i tried all possible situations
legal numbers
not legal numbers
both together

email responses were right!
Let's hope tomorrow will be ok again :D :D

iSpy software (it's for web and ip cams) has a plugin for licence plate recognition

I've been playing with iSpy for some days, but as soon as I enable the plugin the image starts jumping all over causing it to record all the time and not see the plate.
Other type's of recording with iSpy work fine..
