RFXCOM Alram panel unlock code

What is the Alarm panel unlock code in rfxcom plugin?
How do I obtain it?
Any code I enter I get Invalid unlock code.

I read the Manual but is doesn't say anything about knowing the unlock code, only what is it for. I know what is it for, but is it the unlock code I have on my real alarm panel? The manual is not so clear about this.

I'll appreciate any help.

The RFXCOM plug-in does not have any connection with physical alarm panel!

So it is the unlock for the RFXCOM software alarm panel in Homeseer.

why do I get "invalid unlock code" ?

You msut have configured 4 digits on the security config page (other then zeroes) and enter the same 4 digits in the panel unlock then enter an arm or disarm command.
