Can not callibrate gas Device

I like to recalibrate my Gas device.
but get a rollover error when do so.
i use rfxcom pulse to monitor the gasmeter(little miror).
this is working fine now for a year or so.
after a day of now power on the device (instalation work in the meter closed)
a have to recallibrate.
homeseer gives a few more m3 then the meter.
and have to downcalibrate.
up calibrating is working but down i get the rollover error.
i have try'd to delete and re adding the device,now success.

Set the device value manually to zero using the HS Control page.
The counter rollover will no longer appear and the device will be updated.
