GSM Alarm and Remote Control

Does anybody know this product?

I am looking for a simple solution for a friend who wants to be able to remotely enable/disable a few things in his chalet like the central heating and maybe some other thing like lights, but he doesn't have an internet connection in his chalet.
I know Conrad has a GSM module as well, but this one looks better. Don't know a price yet.

Are there other solutions for this as well?
