0/1-10V (dimmer) Switches?

I am planning to do automated light controllers in my house and would like to have dimmable FL lights.
All the FL electronic ballasts use 0/1-10V input, so i need this switches.

I was thinking to go ZigBee but am unable to find any ZigBee 0/1-10V switches :(
Anyone had better luck? Would zwave or X10 be better bet and easier to find switches?
