CM11g broke (defect)??

Hi,

I just have a cm11g interface about a month, and it looks broken. I can't receive anything or send. i tried with heyu, heyu info, but nothing. In windows with the tool form marmitek, tried test connection, nothing. Can you reset it?? tried usb and serial.

Sometimes the CM11 can hang and this should solve it. Disconnect the CM11 and remove the batteries for about half an hour.
If the CM11 doesn't work after this the device is probably broken.

Over the years I had 2 defect CM11g, Look at the back of the device is it somewhat brown. This is because of the heat. I could not get them alive anymore, hope you can otherwise buy a Xanura CTX35. The CTX is also faster.

Well after one night without batteries, and disconnected. It still doesn't work. It smels a little bit, so I think it became hot.

It's btw not brown at the back. I'm going to contact elekhomica, for a new one, it is still garantee after a month.
