Very cheap ad small Z-Wave/ZigBee module?

Is there any cheap (less than $10) ZigBee/Z-wave module? I check Alibaba and other China supplier sites, and there are some, but I don't know how good are they and the minimum quantity for order is 100 pcs or even more.

I would like to build myself some ZigBee/Z-wave switches, dimmers and blind control units. I'm experimenting right now in capacitive touch sensing, so I hope I could build a very beautiful capacitive switch whit glass surface for about 10 times cheaper than what I find on the market. So, I need a very small and cheap transceiver with built-in 802.15.4 stack and speeds above 10-20 kbps. I hope I could use 6lowpan stack (IPv6 addressing) above the 802.15.4.

Any other suggestions are more than welcome
