Status Unknown

Sometimes I see in HS status panel for the Zwave device status Unknown, I can switch the lamp
ON/OFF but I see a question mark in the status field. The log file shows the message beneath.

What is wrong :?:

Failed sending Z-Wave command to device: Beg.grond Woonkamer lamp (Q1)
