ACT 2-wire EU wall dimmer

Hello,

I am planning to buy a ACT 2-wire wall dimmer EU (ZDW232) to buy. I want to use it i.c.w. the Vera 2.
The Z-Wave Type: is slave, does it mean that I am next to the Vera ZDW232 can use to present up-to switch plugs (ZRP200 (EU Schuko)?

Does this have to do with the local interaction function: one button for switching, inclusion, exclusion and association?

Can anyone help me with this?
