new LAN 433.92MHz transceiver

The new 10/100Mb LAN interface has an integrated receiver and RFXmitter with a LOS range of about 100meters.
It has a connector for an optional Visonic 868.95MHz slave receiver.
It has also a connection for 8 I/O lines. Each line can be configured for input or output.
Input lines can be configured with or without pull-up.
Changes on input lines are reported so that polling is not necessary.

The RFXCOM Ethernet Interface uses the Internet Protocol (IP) for network communications. It uses the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) to assure that no data is lost or duplicated, and that everything sent to the connection arrives correctly at the target.
TCP is used for the serial ports and the I/O lines.
IP is used for addressing, routing, and data block handling over the network.
HTTP is used for the build-in web server to configure the Ethernet device controller.

Hi Bert,
Some questions:
Does tcp/ip mean that it can be controlled through the Internet? So I have a homeseer server at home and I can place the transceiver at my parents house?
Is the transmitter capability a lot stronger than the old one?
Can you place some more photo's of the product? Connections etc.
Does the new transmitter also fit in the old transceiver?

This LAN transceiver can be placed on another location and connected via the Internet.

This LAN interface does not use modules but has an integrated receiver and tranmitter.
The transmitter is standard delivered with the wire antenna and has the same range as the RFXmitter modules.
The BNC for the RFXmitter as shown on the picture is not standard installed. (but a BNC antenna will improve the range a bit)
