Hi,
I want to have some security modules in X10. Can you just by for example a some detector, and you recieve the signals on a cm11g interface, or do you need more. I just want that all my lamps go on when it detects smoke. If a cm11g doesn't a rfxcom receiver will work?

Richard,
The CM11 is a device to let your PC talk with X10 devices on the power line.
The X10 security sensors transmit RF signals that can be received by the RFXCOM receiver.

Hi,
I have 2 (more to come) Smoke detectors online, received by a RFXCOM receiver. I use the Marmitek SD90 Smoke detectors.
You can see them at http://www.hekkers.net/test/Devices_Main.aspx
